Honeycomb Candy with chilli

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon water
- 3/4 cup honey
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon chilli flakes

- Step 1
In a large saucepan, combine the honey and water.
- Step 2
Boil until looks like caramel (4-5 minutes).
- Step 3
Add the baking soda, and with a wooden spoon, stir in gently it will foam up.
- Step 4
Pour the mixture immediately onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, do not touch, sprinkle with chilli flakes and let cool.
- Step 5
Break into pieces. They will be sticky so you can dip them in chocolate.
