Serves: 2

  • 4 cups water
  • 1/2 cup skimmed milk
  • 1 chamomile tea bag
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  1. Bring the water to a boil in a medium saucepan and add the tea bag. Remove from the heat and steep for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the tea bag and add the remaining ingredients. Stir and serve immediately.
