My family's Mexican favorite.
Ingredients
- 1 pound Brisket meat
- 3 medium potatoes
- 3 tablespoon flour
- 1/2 cup fine diced onions
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large tomato
- 3 cup water
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt

Blend tomato

finely dice onions
- Step 3
Meat: trim all fat and dice meat in cubes about 1/2 inch,

add olive oil of to medium pan and let it heat,

add onions, cumin, black pepper and caramelize onions
- Step 6
add meat cook until dry
- Step 7
add tomatoes cook for 4 minutes
- Step 8
add water
- Step 9
cook for 45 minutes to and hour on high add water if needed
- Step 10
add potatoes cook until tender

flour dissolve with a cup of cold and add whisking while you add, cook for 5 minutes
