Brown Sugar Bananas over Greek Yogurt

Ingredients
  • Sauce
  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
  • Pinch Salt
  • Final Dish
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt

Directions
  1. Sauce
  2. Melt butter in non-stick pan over medium heat
  3. Add cinnamon, sugar, and vanilla
  4. Allow mixture to combine and simmer
  5. Add bananas and cook until heated through and lightly seared
  6. Sprinkle with salt
  1. Final Dish
  2. Split yogurt between two small containers
  3. Pour bananas over the yogurt
