- 2 Bananas
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
- pinches Salt
- Melt butter in non-stick pan over medium heat
- Add cinnamon, sugar, and vanilla
- Allow mixture to combine and simmer
- Add bananas and cook until heated through and lightly seared
- Sprinkle with salt
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- Split yogurt between two small containers
- Pour bananas over the yogurt
