Brown Sugar Bananas over Greek Yogurt

Serves: 2

Ingredients

Sauce

  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
  • pinches Salt

Final Dish

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt

Directions

Sauce

  1. Melt butter in non-stick pan over medium heat
  2. Add cinnamon, sugar, and vanilla
  3. Allow mixture to combine and simmer
  4. Add bananas and cook until heated through and lightly seared
  5. Sprinkle with salt

Final Dish

  1. Split yogurt between two small containers
  2. Pour bananas over the yogurt
