Almond candy try to be Raffaello

Author Notes:

Recipes call for shredded coconut instead of almond but not many people around me like coconut.
So here we go.


Makes: 40 candy


  • 100 milliliters water
  • 250 grams sugar
  • 250 grams powder milk
  • 125 grams butter
  • 125 grams ground almond plus more for rolling

  1. Put the water and butter in pot and heat till butter melts. Take off the stove.
  2. Add powder milk and almond, mix so that there are no lumps and let cool.
  3. When the mix is cool make small balls and roll them into a ground almond.
  4. Live the almond balls overnight to air dry in cool place.
