Mini Bites are the perfect bite size, handy snack. Inspired by "Anytime Bites", but tweaked to be made with ease and at home. —Brittney

  • Makes about 60+ bites
  • 2 cups dry oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup Natural Peanut Butter
  • 5.3 ounces Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 4 ounces Almonds (chopped)
  • 10 Prunes (chopped)
In This Recipe
  1. Pre-heat oven: 350 degree
  2. Separately, chop Almonds and prunes in blender (or whatever kitchen device you have to do the job)
  3. Mix oatmeal, peanut butter, Greek yogurts, almonds, and prunes together in a bowl.
  4. Get cookie sheet, use 1/2 tablespoon to scoop out and place on sheet
  5. Place cookie sheet in oven for 20minutes
  6. Let cool, then grab some when you are on the go!
