Ingredients

1.5 cups
Heavy Whipping Cream

1/8 teaspoon
Salt
Directions

In a large bowl, whisk cream on high speed. Cream will become whipped cream, continue to whisk until butter is separated from buttermilk.

Using a mesh strainer, strain buttermilk into a storage container and refrigerate for another use. Rise butter under cold water. In a small bowl, stir in the salt. Store butter in desired container in the refrigerator.
