Pear and cheese salad

Serves 4

  • 3 Bartlett pear
  • 4 handfuls baby rugola
  • 3/4 pound grana padano cheese
  • 2 tablespoons EVO oil
  • 1/2 lemon jus
  1. Prepare a dressing with lemon jus oil a pinch of salt and a dash of grind black pepper. Cut the pears in wedges, 8-10 pieces per pear discarding the seeds, then, sliver cut the cheese. At this point dress the rugola and the pears with lemon oil salt and pepper, Lay down the salad on 4 dishes and topped with slivers cheese and serve.
