Reduced Fat Whipped Ricotta
In This Recipe
In a food processor or blender add ricotta and blend for 2 minutes. Add in garlic, salt and olive oil and blend for another 4 minutes or until smooth. After two minutes slowly add in honey.
Serve with crackers or whole grain toast
Option- Add toasted walnuts for a crunch!
