Mango Margarita Sorbet

Author Notes: So refreshing on a hot summer afternoon! It’s a great sorbet, but I also enjoy making a float with the sorbet and sparkling water. Stephanie

Serves: 4-6


  • 2 mangoes, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon tequila
  • 1 teaspoon triple sec

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender, puree until smooth.
  2. Chill in refrigerator overnight.
  3. Freeze in ice cream maker, according to directions. It will be more of a soft serve consistency, so for a scoopable (harder) freeze, stash in the freezer for a few hours before serving.
