This is a lovely between season drink with the wintery citrus and fresh spring mint. It's incredibly refreshing, making it perfect for sipping on your porch mid-afternoon as you wait for summer to arrive. —Lily Hughes

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1 grapefruit (should yield about 6 ounces of juice)
  • 3 ounces gin
  • few drops aromatic bitters
  • 3 sprigs mint
  • 2 ounces club soda
Directions
  1. Juice the grapefruit. Add juice, gin, bitters, and one sprig of mint to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake. Strain into glasses, top off with club soda, and garnish with the remaining mint.
