Author Notes: I love ginger. It is good for you and tastes good and does good things for blood sugar. I am diabetic and seeking things that do NOT raise bg very much. Hence this recipe.

- 4 pieces candied ginger root
- 1 drop cinnamon ectract
- 4 drops lo han extract
- 1.5 ounces good vodka
- 6 ice cubes in a tall glass
- water to fill glass
- add all ingredients to glass and swirl around
