Ginger Sweet Cocktail

I love ginger. It is good for you and tastes good and does good things for blood sugar. I am diabetic and seeking things that do NOT raise bg very much. Hence this recipe.
FYI: Best part is eating the ginger slices as you drink! —Kristy Morrill

  • Serves 1
Ingredients
  • 4 pieces candied ginger root
  • 1 drop cinnamon ectract
  • 4 drops lo han extract
  • 1.5 ounces good vodka
  • 6 ice cubes in a tall glass
  • water to fill glass

  1. add all ingredients to glass and swirl around
  2. enjoy!
