I love ginger. It is good for you and tastes good and does good things for blood sugar. I am diabetic and seeking things that do NOT raise bg very much. Hence this recipe.
FYI: Best part is eating the ginger slices as you drink! —Kristy Morrill

candied ginger root

1 drop
cinnamon ectract

4 drops
lo han extract

1.5 ounces
good vodka

6
ice cubes in a tall glass

water to fill glass
Directions

add all ingredients to glass and swirl around
