Author Notes: I love ginger. It is good for you and tastes good and does good things for blood sugar. I am diabetic and seeking things that do NOT raise bg very much. Hence this recipe.

pieces candied ginger root
drop cinnamon ectract
drops lo han extract
ounces good vodka
ice cubes in a tall glass
water to fill glass
- add all ingredients to glass and swirl around
