dark rum

ginger beer

1/2 - 1 ounces
fresh beet juice

fresh lemon slices

ice
Directions

Fill a glass with ice.

Pour the rum, ginger beer, and beet juice over ice.

Garnish with lemin slices, squeezing fresh lemon juice to taste.
