- 2 ounces dark rum
- 4-5 ounces ginger beer
- 1/2 - 1 ounces fresh beet juice
- fresh lemon slices
- Fill a glass with ice.
- Pour the rum, ginger beer, and beet juice over ice.
- Garnish with lemin slices, squeezing fresh lemon juice to taste.
