- 2 cups water
- 1 black tea bag
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 4 cardamom pods
- 2 black peppercorns
- 2 teaspoons white sugar
- Bring the water to a boil in a medium saucepan and add the remaining ingredients.
- Turn down low and simmer for 5 minutes. Strain through a fine mesh colander and serve immediately.
