Makes: 1 1/4 cup
cup homemade or store-bought mayonnaise
cloves garlic, chopped
tablespoon capers, chopped
tablespoons preserve lemon, finely chopped
cup fresh flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
tablespoons apple cider vinegar
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse several times until the ingredients are well mixed but not pureed.
- Let it sit for a couple hours or overnight.
