Tartar sauce

  • Makes 1 1/4 cup
Ingredients
  • 1 cup homemade or store-bought mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon capers, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons preserve lemon, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Directions
  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse several times until the ingredients are well mixed but not pureed.
  2. Let it sit for a couple hours or overnight.
