capers, chopped

preserve lemon, finely chopped

fresh flat leaf parsley, finely chopped

apple cider vinegar

sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions

Place all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse several times until the ingredients are well mixed but not pureed.
