Makes 1 1/4 cup
- 1 cup homemade or store-bought mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tablespoon capers, chopped
- 2 tablespoons preserve lemon, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor and pulse several times until the ingredients are well mixed but not pureed.
- Let it sit for a couple hours or overnight.
