Makes about 4 cups
- 900 grams frozen black currants
- 400 grams sugar
- 100 grams water
- Place fruit in a saucepan with water and sugar.
- Bring slowly to boil, cook for 20 minutes.
- Let it cool slightly and pour into hot jars, put lids and turn upside down. Cool.
- Keep in the fridge.
