Author Notes: It is nice to serve a dessert with sunday dinner. This dessert is so easy to make,
and have very few ingredients . All of which most of us already have at home. —myfoodpassion
red ripe plums
tablespoons soft brown sugar
tablespoons sliced almonds
tablespoons greek yoghurt
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Cut the plums in half and remove the pitt. Place on a baking tray with parcement paper, cut up. Melt butter and brush it on the plums. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake for 15 minutes until soft and juicy. Transfer them to a serving dish and spoon over the leftover juices. Sprinkle with almonds, greek yogurt and honey.
