Mukhwas is referred to as an after-meal breath freshener in India. This tasty combination of seeds helps keeps the digestive fire strong, settle the stomach if you have eaten too much or too heavily, and also signals to your body that you are done eating. —Eden Tosch

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1 cup dill seed
  • 1 cup green fennel seed
  • 1 cup coriander seed
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 1 big pinches of himalayan salt
Directions
  1. Toast each type of seed one by one until they smell toasty.
  2. Combine and store in an air-tight container.
  3. Mukhwas is used as a digestive aid and breath freshener when taken by the pinch after meals.
