Makes 12 mini financiers
- 3 egg whites
- 1/2 cup icing sugar
- 1/2 butter, melted
- 2/3 powdered haleznuts
- 1/2 rice flour and mixed chestnut
- 1 handful fresh or frozen blueberries
- Preheat oven to 200 ° C (400°F).
- Melt the butter in a saucepan. At the same time, mix the flour, powdered hazelnut and icing sugar.
