- 1.5 ounces Gin
- 1/2 ounce St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- 4 splashes grapefruit bitters
- 1 teaspoon cucumber, muddled
- Shake with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Top with a grapefruit wedge if you are feeling fancy.
