This is a very simple recipe but it just couldn’t get better. Salty new potatoes covered with lemony-garlicy-herby olive oil: my dream spring beachy dish. —greenevi
Ingredients

500 grams
new potatoes

3 tablespoons
olive oil

1 bunch
fresh herbs (I used rosemary, thyme, basil, oregano, wild garlic)

clove of garlic

1
lemon
-
1 pinch
salt

1 pinch
pepper
Directions

Cook potatoes in salty water for about 15 minutes, until tender but not falling apart. Drain potatoes.

Heat up olive oil in a large pan or wok and add potatoes. Cook for 5-10 minutes tossing occasionally until golden brown.

Add chopped herbs, crushed garlic, salt, pepper and juice of a lemon and mix well together. Enjoy!
