Ingredients
  • 1 (14 oz.) can fat-free sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup egg substitute
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons lime zest
  • 1 (6 oz.) reduced fat, ready-made graham cracker crust
  • 1 1/2 cups fat-free frozen whipped topping, thawed
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Whisk together condensed milk and next three ingredients and pour into crust.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes or just until pie is set but not fully firm. Let cool on a cooling rack and then refrigerate at least 4 hours.
  4. Spread whipped topping evenly over pie and serve.
