This powerful blend of sweet pineapple, protein and coconut milk offers a great smoothie that will jumpstart your day and keep your health goals in tact. —Edit2015

  • 1 cup Fresh pineapple
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup vanilla or plain flavored yogurt
  • 2 scoops protein powder (we use UX3: The Body Shaping Beverage)
  • 1 tablespoon organic flaked coconut
  • Stevia, to taste
  • 1 cup ice
In This Recipe
  1. Chop pineapple into smaller pieces, to easily blend.
  2. Add all items into blender.
  3. Puree all ingredients until smooth.
