- 1 cup Fresh pineapple
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup vanilla or plain flavored yogurt
- 2 scoops protein powder (we use UX3: The Body Shaping Beverage)
- 1 tablespoon organic flaked coconut
- Stevia, to taste
- 1 cup ice
- Chop pineapple into smaller pieces, to easily blend.
- Add all items into blender.
- Puree all ingredients until smooth.
