Author Notes: A Carribbean take on the already delicious Paloma.

A little dry and very refreshing it is the perfect drink for floating in a pool on a hot summer day.

Makes: 1

  • 2 ounces White Rum
  • 4-5 Mint Leaves
  • 3/4 ounce Lime Juice
  • 4 ounces White Grapefruit Soda
  1. In a Collins glass muddle mint leaves and add lime juice and rum.
  2. Add ice, stir and top with your grapefruit soda
  3. Garnish with a lime wheel and a sprig of mint if desired.
