Ingredients
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 2 teaspoons crushed garlic
  • 1/3 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Directions
  1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Add chicken, rubbing the spice mixture over each piece thoroughly.
  3. Cover the bowl and let chicken sit at room temperature 30 minutes.
  4. Prepare a gas or charcoal grill for medium-high, direct heat. Spray the grill-gate with cooking spray.
  5. Place chicken directly on the grill-grate and cook 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
