We take half kgs ocra and we wash it. It can be frozen or directly from grocery. Then we prepare sauce: we peel three-five tomatoes and squeeze it with blender. We put the fresh mix in a casserole. We put some olive oil, salt, pepper, and some garlic, we have cut to tiny pieces before. We let the sauce brewing, and then we add the ocra in five minutes after getting boiled. We leave on the stove to get done for half an hour at 170 C.
