Author Notes: Use this filling for fresh fruit crepes or just dip fruit in it!

- 1 cup Cream cheese (soften)
- 1 cup Cool Whip
- 2 tablespoons Heavy whipping cream (add more to your liking)
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- Powdered sugar to taste (depends how sweet you want your filling to be)
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until smooth. We used the whip on the mixer. Do note, if your cream cheese isn’t room temp, you’ll most likely end up with clumps in your filling. Nobody likes clumps.
