cherries, pitted

1/4 cup
sugar

1 splash
condensed milk for garnish (optional)
Directions

Combine cherries and sugar in a food processor and puree until smooth. Taste taste the puree. You may need to add a bit more sugar depending on the sweetness of the cherries. When it’s at your desired taste, run through a food mill or sieve to remove any bits of skin or seed.

Pour into a 8×8 baking dish and freeze. Every few hours, scrape dish with a fork until thoroughly frozen. Scoop into dishes and drizzle with condensed milk. Enjoy immediately!
