Take advantage of cherry season with this delicious summer treat! —Marisa | Margaritas In The Rain

What You'll Need
  • 1 pound cherries, pitted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 splash condensed milk for garnish (optional)
  1. Combine cherries and sugar in a food processor and puree until smooth. Taste taste the puree. You may need to add a bit more sugar depending on the sweetness of the cherries. When it’s at your desired taste, run through a food mill or sieve to remove any bits of skin or seed.
  2. Pour into a 8×8 baking dish and freeze. Every few hours, scrape dish with a fork until thoroughly frozen. Scoop into dishes and drizzle with condensed milk. Enjoy immediately!
