Almond Milk Coffee Caramel “Ice Cream”

Having discovered nut milks I am having a very good time playing around with them. I particualrly enjoyed this one.
Ingredients
- 2 cup 2 cups Califia Farms Almond Milk cold
- 1 tablespoon Instant coffee crystals
- 3 tablespoon caramel ice cream topping
- 2 cup Califia Farms Pecan Caramel Almond Milk Coffee Creamer cold
- 3 cup crushed ice

Directions
- Step 1
In microwave heat ½ cup almond milk until just warm.
- Step 2
Add instant coffee and caramel topping stir until the coffee crystals have dissolved and the topping is mixed in.
- Step 3
. Add remaining almond milk and stir.
- Step 4
Place all ingredients into a strong blender except the pecan pieces.
- Step 5
Blend until all is smooth and stiff.
- Step 6
If the mixture is not frozen enough place in 4 sundae glasses place in freezer for a half an hour.
- Step 7
Remove from freezer sprinkle with pecan pieces and serve
