Mini Seedless Watermelon

10.5 oz packet of uncut feta

3-5 tablespoons
huckleberry balsamic vinegar

1/4 cup
freshly chopped mint leaves

1/4 cup
freshly chopped basil leaves

freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions

Chop watermelon into 1 inch cubes

Slice feta into 1/2 inch cubes

Combine all ingredients together and add as much huckleberry balsamic and freshly ground black pepper as you would like.

Toss together and serve. Store in fridge if necessary before serving.
