Perfect Summer Side Salad —Johanna's Table

  • Serves 6-8
  • 1 Mini Seedless Watermelon
  • 1 10.5 oz packet of uncut feta
  • 3-5 tablespoons huckleberry balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup freshly chopped mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup freshly chopped basil leaves
  • freshly ground black pepper, to taste
In This Recipe
  1. Chop watermelon into 1 inch cubes
  2. Slice feta into 1/2 inch cubes
  3. Combine all ingredients together and add as much huckleberry balsamic and freshly ground black pepper as you would like.
  4. Toss together and serve. Store in fridge if necessary before serving.
