Barbecue banana and almond ice cream

No sugar, no dairy and takes only 2 ingredients. A perfect summer recipe to make the most of the barbecue —Georgina

  • Serves 2
Ingredients
  • Banana
  • 2 pieces Banana
  • 3 tablespoons Sugar free almond butter
  • Utensils
  • Silver foil
  • Barbecue
  • Food processor
In This Recipe
Directions
  1. Carefully slice the banana skin, down one side and wrap in foil
  2. Add to the barbecue and roast for about 15 minutes until soft
  3. Remove the banana from the barbecue and leave to cool
  4. Once cool, add to the blender along with the almond butter and blend until fully combined
  5. Add to a plastic container and freeze
