Ingredients
- Banana

Banana

3 tablespoons
Sugar free almond butter
- Utensils

Silver foil

Barbecue

Food processor
Directions

Carefully slice the banana skin, down one side and wrap in foil

Add to the barbecue and roast for about 15 minutes until soft

Remove the banana from the barbecue and leave to cool
-
Once cool, add to the blender along with the almond butter and blend until fully combined
-
Add to a plastic container and freeze
