Cherry and yogurt Dip

In summers we look for ways to lighten our diet and try thinks which are cooling for our body ,so I often make different types of fruit and vegetable Raitas and dips.so i tried out this cherry yogurt dip recipe which would have goodness of yoghurt and nutrition of cherries. It is a known fact that red cherries are a rich source of antioxidants and help fight many disease —maayeka

  • Serves 3
  • 18 cherries
  • 3/4 cup yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
In This Recipe
  1. Wash the cherries, and remove the stems and seeds Grind the cherries with 2 tsps of water to make a puree
  2. Whisk curd with all the spices and sugar Mix puree with yogurt and mix
  3. Serve chilled. It stays fresh for 3 days in the refrigerator. Goes well with chips, bread, or rice.
