In summers we look for ways to lighten our diet and try thinks which are cooling for our body ,so I often make different types of fruit and vegetable Raitas and dips.so i tried out this cherry yogurt dip recipe which would have goodness of yoghurt and nutrition of cherries. roasted cumin powder
Wash the cherries, and remove the stems and seeds
Grind the cherries with 2 tsps of water to make a puree
Whisk curd with all the spices and sugar
Mix puree with yogurt and mix
Serve chilled. It stays fresh for 3 days in the refrigerator. Goes well with chips, bread, or rice.
