Craving rich and creamy iced coffee without caffeine, dairy, or sugar? Try this easy Iced Dandelion Mocha recipe. —elanaspantry

  • Serves 2
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon roasted dandelion root, ground
  • 1 tablespoon roasted chicory root, ground
  • 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
In This Recipe
  1. Place water, dandelion, chicory, and cacao in a saucepan
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce and simmer for 5 minutes
  3. Pour coffee through a fine mesh strainer into a mason jar
  4. Fill 2 pint glasses with ice
  5. Pour coffee over ice
  6. Add 2 tablespoons coconut milk to each glass
  7. Serve
