- 100 grams unsalted butter
- 20 grams sugar
- 15 grams icing sugar
- 30 grams egg
- 1 lemon zest
- Combine butter and sugar well.
- Add in icing sugar and salt. Beat till the mixture turns pale.
- Mix in the lemon zest
- Bake in preheated oven at 180d for 10-12mins.
