Ingredients
  • 100 grams unsalted butter
  • 20 grams sugar
  • 15 grams icing sugar
  • 30 grams egg
  • 1 lemon zest
Directions
  1. Combine butter and sugar well.
  2. Add in icing sugar and salt. Beat till the mixture turns pale.
  3. Mix in the lemon zest
  4. Bake in preheated oven at 180d for 10-12mins.

No flour? No baking soda? No vanilla or lemon extract or lemon juice? What is 1 lemon zest? Does that mean the zest of 1 lemon? Did you put the dough in a pastry bag? What tip did you use? thx.
