Our friends at Liber & Co. shared their recipe for a daiquiri punch that'll serve a crowd. You can get their Pineapple Gum Syrup here. —Food52

  • Serves 10 to 15
  • 2 cups white rum
  • 8 1/2 ounces Liber & Co. Pineapple Gum Syrup (or 1 1/4 cups sugar dissolved in 1 cup pineapple juice)
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • freshly grated nutmeg, to garnish
In This Recipe
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large punch bowl and chill with a block of ice (if available).
