juice 1/2 lime
kosher salt and pepper
Other Items Needed
- In a glass bowl, mash avocado coarsely. Add juice from half of a lime, and season to taste with salt and pepper. Set aside.
- Toast bread. While bread is toasting, try egg sunny side up in melted butter and cook bacon until crisp.
- Smear toast with avocado bliss. Top with crispy bacon and sunny side up egg.
- Thoroughly enjoy.
