Cockney Champagne Cocktail

  • Serves 1
Ingredients
  • 3/4 ounce gin
  • 3/4 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup (1:1 sugar to water)
  • 3 ounces Champagne

Directions
  1. Shake first three ingredients with ice. Strain into coupe or Champagne glass, and top with Champagne.

This is a wonderful cocktail, but I know it as French 75. It will sneak up on you!
