Serves: 3

  • 1 puff pastry
  • 20 cherry tomatoes
  • 200 grams chorizo slices
  • 100 grams goat cheese
  • tomato sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • rocket salad
  1. I decided to cut my pastry into 4 to make small tarts, but you can keep it whole. Spread the tomato sauce over the pastry and roll up the edges slightly.
  2. Add the chorizo slices, crumbled goat cheese on it and finally add cherry tomatoes cut in half. Add salt and pepper and bake 20 minutes at 180 ° C.
