ripe plum slices

2 ounces
dark rum

Ginger beer

Lime wedge
Directions

Muddle the plum and rum together in a cocktail glass. (Or muddle separately and strain into your cocktail glass, for no pulp.)

Fill with ice and top with ginger beer.
