- 2 mangoes
- 2 lemons
- 170 grams icing sugar
- To bring the tropics to your life peel the ripe mangoes, roughly chop the flesh, combine with the juice of 2 medium lemons and the icing sugar and whizz the trio in a blender on high until silky smooth, sieve the mixture, cool in the fridge overnight, then freeze in your ice cream maker according to manufacturer's instructions. Store in an airtight container in the freezer or spoon right away.
