Ingredients
  • Flour, Water, Salt
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 3/4 cup Water
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • Pork Chorizo, Chopped Onion, Cilantro, Chopped Lettuce, Thin carrot sticks
  • 1 packet Pork Chorizo
  • 5 handfuls Chopped Onion
  • 2 handfuls Cilantro
  • 2 handfuls Chopped Lettuce
  • 2 handfuls Thin carrot sticks
Directions
  1. Flour, Water, Salt
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the flour and salt.
  3. Then, slowly add the water.
  4. Mix first with a wooden spoon and then knead the dough with your hands.
  5. Roll out onto a lightly floured surface and cut out a circle about 6 inches in diameter.
  1. Pork Chorizo, Chopped Onion, Cilantro, Chopped Lettuce, Thin carrot sticks
  2. In a medium bowl, put in the pork chorizo.
  3. Add the chopped onion and cilantro and give it a quick mix.
  4. Then add the chopped lettuce and thin carrot sticks until combined.
  5. Add a tablespoon to each dumpling wrapper.
  6. Add the filled dumpling wrappers to a hot oiled skillet and cook until browned on both sides.
  7. Let the finished dumplings dry on a paper towl and cool for about 10 minutes.
