Author Notes: Combination of prawns and lemongraaa is the secret, which you want to try out! Original fusion, which won’t let you indifferent.

Serves: 1

  • 1 piece Cabbage
  • 50 milliliters Mizkan vinegar rice
  • 10 grams Cane sugar
  • Cilantro
  • 30 milliliters Olive oil
  • 10 milliliters vegetable oil
  • 5 milliliters Sesame oil
  • 2 pieces Bay leaf
  • 10 pieces prawns
  • 1 piece White Onion
  • 25 grams Ginger
  • 2 pieces Lemongrass
  1. In wok, using the mix of oils, heat ginger and onion. Cut cabbage and heat it, till it became soft. Add the soy sauce and finely chopped garlic, bay leaf, crushed lemongrass. Shallow Poaching for 5-7 minutes Add brown sugar, mizkan, prawns. Mix. As the prawns are ready, add chopped cilantro.
