Serves: 2-10

  • little potatoes (the quantity found in fonciton your desires)
  • coarse salt from Guérande
  • olive oil
  1. Start by cleaning your potatoes as you leave the skin. Remove dirt, etc. Heat a large wok with 1-2 tbsp olive oil. Cook the grenailles Potatoes _ with coarse salt. Shake occasionally by covering. Do not add water. It should not be necessary but most stir.
  2. Cook 30 to 45 minutes (start with a high heat, then turn down after 15-20 minutes). They must be cooked in the center (test with a knife).
