Whole wheat flour and olive oil chocolate chips Cookies

Delicious for a healthy snack —Mary Devinat

What You'll Need
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Mix in a large bowl the flour, baking soda and salt. In another bowl, mix the olive oil, brown sugar, egg, vanilla and honey. Combine the two mixtures and mix well. Add the chocolate chips. Use an ice cream scoop to form balls of the same size on a hob covered with baking paper. Bake 8-10 minutes. Voilà ! Enjoy!

Some of the best chocolate chip cookies I’ve ever had. They are delicious and I don’t feel guilty eating them. :)
