sugar

1/4 cup
vegetable oil

egg substitute

1/3 cup
molasses

2 cups
white whole wheat flour

1 1/2 teaspoons
baking soda

2 teaspoons
apple pie spice

1/2 teaspoon
salt

1/4 cup
confectioners' sugar
Directions

Beat sugar and oil until blended. Add egg substitute and molasses and mix until well combined.

Combine flour and next three ingredients; gradually add to sugar mixture, mixing well. Chill 2 hours or overnight.

Roll dough into 1-in. balls and toss in confectioners' sugar. Place 2 in. apart on lightly greased baking sheets; flatten slightly with the bottom of a glass. Bake at 350° for 6-8 minutes or until begin to brown along edges. Cool on wire racks.
