Grilled chicken in a tangy sweet sticky sauce? Bring it on. Grill that chicken with a few spices, hot chilli, cumin, coriander and then quickly fry in a glaze of tangy Pine Syrup, dash of balsamic, fried garlic and ginger. Serve in pita breads with green salad and thinly sliced cucumber. Have a cool mint dressing and a cold beer to hand. Comfort food. —Peppertony Food

  • Dash Conier Syrup
  • 2 pieces Pita bread
  • Handful Green salad, slice cucumber
