ounce pear nectar
splashes cranberry juice
sprigs fresh rosemary for garnish

- Fill a bowl with fresh cranberries and cover them with warm water. Let them sit for 10 minutes and then drain and pat them dry.
- Add 1 ounce pear nectar and a splash of cranberry juice to a champagne flute. Fill the rest of the flute with champagne and garnish with fresh cranberries and sprig of rosemary.
