I am home in Columbus for the Thanksgiving holiday and yesterday got to visit a new Jewish deli-style restaurant, Izzy and Mo's, for lunch with my mother. We each had iterations on a corned beef sandwich, and I ordered their house made celery soda to drink. It was refreshing and delicious, and especially relevant this time of year - I'll be chopping and sauteeing celery tomorrow for my mom's traditional celery stuffing, so the aroma of celery will always remind me of Thanksgiving. I recreated the celery soda last evening, and sipped on it this morning as mom and I were preparing a squash soup to start Thursday's meal. Enjoy! —Emily | Cinnamon&Citrus
