Author Notes: I use rice noodles —karen
- 1 bag of rice noodles /spiral ...
- 1 can salmon
- bunch green onions
- 1 half bag frozen peas
- 1 bunch Basil
- 2 tablespoons garlic
- 1 tablespoon turmeric
- pinch salt
- 2 tablespoons vegan butter
- boil noodles in salted water /about 10 min. drain , set aside
- in same pot , saute in butter, green onions ,garlic, Bazil,/put in Salmon,,noodles, turmeric, mix w/butter
- cook peas in Microwave /add to pot /mix /top with olive oil ,dash salt
- top w/ croutons if you like
